Leap Kit

Leap Kit is a hands-on tool for designing life’s next chapter—built for students, professionals, and teams facing moments of change. At its core, it’s a guided process—complete with poster, field guide, and cards—that helps individuals design and test “leaps” to grow in their lives and work.  Inspired by design thinking and real-world experience, it turns big questions into small, actionable experiments. The kit has been used around the world and was recognized by Core77 alongside tools from SAP and IDEO for its impact and design.
