In 2012, I designed my own Masters by designing 12 projects/experiences around the world in 12 months. I called it The Leap Year Project.
What started as a personal experiment grew into a larger movement, culminating in a TED talk, a published book of community stories, and the founding of Experience Institute — helping leaders, teams, and organizations rethink learning and development.
It became the foundation for everything that followed and a leap that proved that traditional paths are only just one way forward.
