As one of five Partners and Chief Talent Officer, I lead our CEO-in-Residence (CIR) program, guide internal team growth, and support elements of the people-function across our portfolio. My focus is helping owners transition well, while preparing the next generation of CEOs to steward their teams, customers, and legacy with care.
