NYU Stern’s Initiative on Purpose & Flourishing

In early 2025, I was invited to join the first convening of the NYU Stern’s Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing, a new radical effort led by Suzy Welch and Dustin Liu to help individuals and institutions center meaning in how we live and work. The initiative is bringing together groups of educators, founders, executives—all ready to explore,  "What would it look like if flourishing wasn’t the exception, but the focus? In 2025, I joined their executive board.
